Location
St Marys Village is located on the eastern fringe of the Penrith Local Government area, 35km east of the Sydney CBD. St marys Village is located adjacent to St Marys Town Centre, a short walk from St Marys Train Station and conveniently located on many local bus routes. The Great Western Highway offers convenient access to our 566 space car park all on grade.
Centre Information
St Marys Village is the only discount department store (Target) based centre within the primary trade area. It is also anchored by a Woolworths supermarket, which has recently undergone a $6.5m refurbishment, completed in 2008.
Recent research* conducted in 2008 revealed the following the following:
- 46% of customers surveyed indicated that their main reason for visiting the Centre is for purchasing food.
- 89% of customers surveyed reside within the primary trade area
- 35% of customers surveyed use St Marys Village as their main centre for clothing, homewares and gift shopping. This represents a 7% increases since 2003.
