INGREDIENTS
    - 4 cups seeded cubed watermelon, partially frozen
    
 
    - ½ cup reduced fat vanilla ice cream
    
 
    - ½ cup reduced fat milk
    
 
    - 1 tablespoon sugar
    
 
    - 6 fresh mint leaves
    
 
 
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and process until blended
 
 
INGREDIENTS
    - ½ cup fresh blueberries
 
    - 1 cup chilled ginger ale
    ½ cup chopped peeled kiwifruit
 
    - ½ cup chilled unsweetened pineapple juice
    ½ cup chopped fresh pineapple
 
    - ½ cup chilled lemonade
    ½ cup sliced fresh strawberries
    
 
 
METHOD
In 4 tall glasses, layer blueberries, kiwifruit, pineapple and strawberries.
In a 2-cup glass measure or small pitcher, mix remaining ingredients; pour over fruit. Serve immediately.

    - ½ cup chopped peeled fresh peaches or frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
    
 
    - ½ cup pineapple juice
    
 
    - ¼ cup vanilla yoghurt
    
 
 
METHOD
In a blender, combine all ingredients, cover, and process until smooth.
Pour into chilled glass and serve immediately.
